I dont think you understand what i am saying.
I used to receive an email from DEI when there was a bill due.
last month I had problems retrieving my bill from the website, so I removed my property with a view of adding it later.
But when i tried to add it, it asks for the payment code which i dont have because its on the bill.
I have emailed them lots of times but no response.
I dont want my electricity disconnected.
I am going back in June next year.
At what point do DEI disconnect you if the bill isnt paid?
