I know of two main stockists of metal.
Gavrilakis (Γαβριλακις) is, I think the one which Moggieman referred to. See map.
As you come off the huge roundabout junction, you pass an olive grove, Renault car dealer then Gavrilakis, adjacent. (I parked in front of the Peugeot dealer on a quiet day.)

The second is Aluminco. Head for Omalos going underneath the National Road. Less than 1km up that road you’ll see a BP garage on your right with Aluminco opposite on the left. It is NOT open weekends.

      Gavrilakis

      24° 0’19.17"E

      Jumbo

I visited Gavrilakis, yesterday, and my contact there asked me to publish his number: Dimitris 6983426095
His English is extremely limited but he is very helpful and happy to cut stuff to size and deliver if at all practicable.
Taking a photo with you of what you want and looking up the Greek words is recommended.
