It rather depends on if you are buying the land and the property together – i.e if you are buying from a builder with everything in place. You should allow approx 10% to cover legal fees etcetc. If you send me a PM with your e-mail address I will send you a copy of our FAQ which covers a lot of the basic questions – no matter who or where you buy from :)
