This is the original property tax which was set up 2008/2009 but then suspended on subsequent years.
Along with my tax return for this year my accountant has also had to register and confirm the size of my home and pool on a property return. At present it is based on the original size of the building but has to be amended when the paperwork for an added apotiki is finalised. The size will the be slightly increased. Either way, it should be under a value of €200000, substantially less if that figure is based on the objective value.
It makes no difference whether or not any legalisation has taken place, your accountant should have gone through the registration process on the basis of the dimensions he or she already had on your tax file.

Please accept our apolgies for this and we aim to re-open registration as soon as possible.
