Echos in the Mind is the latest book by Georgiopolis ex-pat Mike Ambrose and is the true story of his exploits in the Special Patrols in Cyprus in the mid – late 1950’s.
The ‘book’ is available in ‘word’ and can be read on a P.C.
ALL proceeds go to the Army Benevolent Fund and the cost is just 4 euros.
Get your copy from Sinatra’s Bar Georgiopolis, just off the main square across from the butchers. A riveting read!

My father was in Cyprus in the 50’s a cook attached to the RE unit there. He is visiting the Island at the moment. He played alot of football and was part of the Suez campaign.
