I have received my latest dei bill and paid it. 2 questions:

        1. On my latest bill the consumption period shows 28/05/2013 to 26/09/2013 with exact number of days and total energy showing. It also gives the calculation of the charge of electricity consumed and analysis of charges applicable.

        Not lost me yet hopefully!!

        2. My previous bill is showing the consumption date again from 28/05/2013 but to 23/07/2013, but without the exact number of days or total energy showing. It also does not give the calculation of the charge of electricity consumed and analysis of charges applicable.

I just, if possible, would like someone to confirm that I am not being over charged for the same period namely from the 28/05/2013 to the 23/07/2013.

        Make sense? :-?

the previous bill is estimated so no reading.
the money you paid for the estimated bill will have been deducted from the actual amount of the confirmed reading

the bills also contain the amount for the Property duty and your local taxes and TV licence.
for a breakdown in English of your bill go to the website .

This is the pricing structure, taken from the DEH website. It is only in Greek, but shows the price bands fairly clearly.

                        http://www.dei.gr//Documents2/CUSTOMER%20SERVICE/%CE%A4%CE%99%CE%9C%CE%9F%CE%9B%CE%9F%CE%93%CE%99%CE%912013/%CE%931.pdf

If your consumption is 1024kwh, then you fall into the second band (0.0946/kwh) – ie your power cost is just shy of 97€, all the rest is sundry small charges relating to power, "council tax"/tv licence fee and the property tax.

Have a look at the English version of the bill on the main DEH site and it should make sense.
