Greece :: ENFIA Property Tax 2015 Better Late than Never the Bills Have Been Issued

The Greek Finance Ministry was supposed to issue payment notices for this year’s “Single Real Estate Property Tax – EN.F.I.A” by October 10, 2015 for everyone both individuals and businesses. It actually turned out to be October 23, when the bills were finally issued online on Taxisnet. Most home owners will receive a reduction of several percent, some pay the same. I have added details in the BritsinCrete blog including who is eligible to receive a 20-50% discount and fine rate for late payment.

I received my ENFIA tax demand yesterday by email from my accountant .
the details published in your link are incorrect, the first installment is due 30/10/15 with another four installments ending in February, or you can pay the whole amount on the 30/10/15

            see here from the email

I ATTACH THE PROPERTY TAX FOR 2015 WHICH YOU MUST PAY IN 5 INSTALMENTS OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT 30/10/2015

The banks are likely to be overloaded on Friday 30th so I’d recommend paying before that date.
