Good morning – can anybody tell me if all pages of a Greek contract have to be initialled to make it legally binding?

        Thank you!

Usually they fold the pages open and stamp the ‘join / crease’ and then initial them all. This obviously includes the back and front pages.

Slight digression but that’s allowed, we formed a syllogos for the sanctuary which took in excess of 2 years. The final stage is the account and record books 5 in all.

Go to the court in Neapoli they explain that you sit there and firstly number all of the pages. some 1 number per leaf others 1 per 2. Then you are given a Greek Democracy rubber stamp which you stamp every page or every 2.

Then our own stamp in some places. Then the final flourish when your numbering and stamping is examined a huge stamp goes on every back page and certain information is written in.

I’m so scared about making a mistake in case I have to go to the head teacher.
