IS IT EASY TO CONFIGURE THE COMPUTER SET UP? any help appreciate thanks

            Hi
The OTE modem/router comes with a CD which sets up your PC. There are some instructions in English, but OTE also give you a Helpdesk number – I found them very helpful.

As an alternative you can pay a little extra and the OTE engineer will come out and set your PC up for you

My ADSL package came with no English instructions and the Helpline was useless as the equipment supplied was faulty. The engineer sent out by OTE asked for a screwdriver and then tried to open a sealed unit by hitting it (I’m not technical but I think it is called the Splitter)
I finally got a new package of gizmos and employed a local guy to set the whole thing up and it cost 30 Euros.
