This has probably been asked before, but I can’t find anything on search. Does anyone know where we can buy wood in the Ag. Nik area for our fire ready for the winter and roughly how much a ton would be. The only one we know is Malia. :-/

there is /was a wood yard on the road up from the Amoudi beach, where all the new build apartment blocks are, on the way round to the ambulance depot

The wood yard mentioned by Latsida has now moved.

On the corner of the traffic lights to the New Road is a nursery. Take the track down the right hand side of the nursery and it is now down there on the left hand side. The "office" is now a caravan rather that a collection of old doors but they still have the same old pick-up tied together with string!

Last winter they were charging 150 Euros per ton which is higher than most but their "ton" is the biggest around and, from my experience, is good value for money.

                Hope this helps

I passed by there today (not to look at the wood but was working) and there is hardly any wood there. Maybe there will be some soon????? Just thought I would save someone dashing down there in the near future !!!
