Hi, I can reply to this. Its firstly not wordpress. It is one of the latest HTML responsive premium templates made for the latest Iphone and Ipad/ all mobile devices. So I guess the Joomla question is invalid.

im not offering a free service! just telling members here how to find free legal TV which does not breach any BBC law or anything illegal.

To view free online TV without illegal methods including (expat shield) which you seem to ignore I just told people here how to find a free solution. I dont want to make a site for this.
