Cor it’s been a busy week…..we went out a square thing and wow it’s massive out there! We had no idea that there were these green things with leaves and those small yellow and black things that buzz and fly, can’t seem to catch one though….the cat hotel manageress says I’ll be sorry if I do but I don’t care it’s fun to jump and try and hook one.

We have examined the trees…Phoebe went up first but it got a bit high for me and the manageress had to come and get me down….I just waited until she wasn’t looking and went up again as it’s a great game. We like to play and play but the manageress has tricked us….she knows that when she calls and tinkles our food bowl we come running…works every time and that cuts short our play time….then we have to have a cat nap as we are "overtired" apparently.

We have also been keeping up with our cleaning duties, it’s been dusting this week..we helped by sorting the dusters in the drawer into a nice new pile, you can see I am busy doing all the sorting whilst Phoebe poses as usual….

Anyone who wants to offer us lodgings in a forever home can contact

Well we have decided that we are going to go on that cat hotel advisor website thingie and put in a bad review…

Quite frankly the excursions from this cat hotel are rubbish…..we got ourselves all poshed up and then sat really patiently in our personal transport enclosure (the cat carrier) waiting to see where we were going…perhaps the beach, or some tourist  attraction…we couldn’t wait…but it turned out to be the vets…looking really appealing didn’t cut the mustard and we got stuck with a needle…..jabs I think they call it.  If that’s what the cat hotel manager thinks is a day out, well…we were right disappointed….

Then today it was well scary!  We were just playing on our lovely new toy which we think is called a scratching post, when out came the cat eating monster…..it has a long trunk and short round moving legs, it’s tail is really thin and long and goes into the wall and the noise it makes!  Well I decided that under that cupboard thing was the best place to be so did the runner….phoebe did a little dance sideways and made herself look really big by arching her back….her tail hair was all standing on end and she certainly look scary to me from where I was….(I wasn’t hiding just surveying the situation from a vantage point).  The sweeping operative said she was hoovering but we much prefer that sweeping thingie as we can play with that.  You can see where I hid in the photo…we call it the mouse hole.  I’m going to have to watch my waistline though as it’s getting a it of a tight fit…Phoebe says I should leave off the biscuits – no need to get personal.

So if anyone can offer us some better digs we would be really grateful…..this place is losing it’s five star rating for us!

Please contact the cats pyjamas if you can help re-home these kittens who desperately be need a forever home….

Yesterday was a good day! First of all I learnt to jump! Jumping is great fun and because I am also good at climbing (after all I did used to live in a wall) I think I want to be a mountaineer. I was just practising on the lady’s stairs (jump up, climb down) when another English lady rang on that thing they call a telephone.

Today when I got up the lady put me in my cat carrier and said I was going to a place called Malia where a new mum and dad were waiting for me. I was good in the car, after all my carrier is five star, a bed, refreshment bar and even en suite which is just as well as it is a long way to that place which now will be my forever home.

My new mum and dad have already some cats for me to make friends with and there are lots of food bowls full up with lovely things for me to get fat on. Yum yum…

The lady says that I am a lucky black cat and have won the lottery with my new lovely caring home. My new mum says I will have to stay in for two weeks, but that’s ok, there is lots to explore, I think I saw some stairs on the way in so I will have to check them out.

They tell me I am a celebrity and have been on the internet – I don’t know about that, as I said I just want to be a mountaineer or I might be a sprinter as I like to chase people’s feet! I have learnt all these new skills since the vet made me feel better with that wet stuff on my neck and the lady gave me regular meals (that cooked chicken is smashing).

The lady would like to say a BIG THANK YOU to all the people who helped her – you know who you are – it was very much appreciated. Special thanks my new mum and dad who not only saved the day, bit literally saved me……

So a happy end to a kitten tail…..

Ps my new name is Soots.

When the lady came today I didn’t run and greet her I hid in the wall.  Not because I was going to the vet but because in the night something happened….now there is only me little blackie.

I am a brave boy, I didn’t cry in the car and the lady sat me on her knee and I purred and purred…the vet says I am a pretty boy and quite strong for my age which he says is about 5 weeks, I prefer to say I am handsome. He treated me…which was odd as I thought treats were nice things you ate,  but he put something wet on my neck that will keep me well.

The vet says I am too small to be living in a hedge bottom so the lady is unashamedly writing stories and trying everything she can to find me somewhere to live.  I am at the lady’s house now in a cat carrier, it is better than the hedge as I have a soft thing called a blanket and a thing called a toy…anyone know what I am supposed to do with that?

I would like to stay with the lady and she would love to keep me but she is going back to England next week so if there is any kind person out there who like a little black bundle of fun and fluff I am the candidate!  Please please ring her on 2825022849 if you can help….
