Thanks Paul, yes it’s still on, though no more bookings now please, we have 60 pitches booked already which pretty much fills the car park.

And remember it’s THE BIG ONE! on the car park in Georgiopolis this coming September, in aid of HELPING HANDS.(details will be posted nearer the time) so you have plenty of time to have a good clear out and turn your unwanted items into cash all in a good cause. :-D
O.K. Thanks. Will pass it on to friends who are looking for bedroom suite.
Where are you on Crete?
Helping Hands is a charity organization started up recently by Izzie McClean a Scottish lady living in the Apokoronas area and working in association with the Municipality of Apokoronas.
The aim is to help provide food, clothing and items of furniture for those in need i.e. those who have little or no pensions and also those who, through no fault of their own are unable to earn an income.
All donations are collected by volunteers and taken to a dis-used school in Agios Pandes where they are divided up according to the needs of the people in the area and distributed by the local priests of the villages.
Collection ‘baskets’ for non-perishable foods, tioletries, etc can be found in the local supermarkets in Georgiopolis and surrounds other items can be left at Sinatra’s Bar Georgiopolis for collection.
I hope that this is of some help. If anyone would like more info please pm me or call into Sinatra’s.
Thanks for reading. Kate
I’ve met your Dad! why not bring him over for a natter with Mike if he’s still here. Mother not obligatory
Just to let everyone know that Pete & Me (Sinatra’s Bar Georgiopolis) are in the U.K. on the next Coffee morning (first Tuesday in December) but we will be back 14th December. Happy Christmas to all our customers and C.I.C. Members.

About 2km from Georgiopolis (between Chania & Rethymnon) if you want to view please give Les a call, i’ve posted the items on his behalf as he doesn,t have a computer.
Promoting the bar?? I thought this was for advertising events and gatherings.
Also i was unaware that i had to invite you for a drink, it’s a public bar and all are welcome. By all means feel free to come along and meet me, Eleni (the other administrator)comes along regularly, infact i don’t even know who or where you are.
Hang on, where you ‘admin’ on the living in Crete web site by any chance?
Lea and Lou, can you let me know which (if any) of your larger items you have left and will be taking?
